Fashion giant head to head

nternational fashion giant Topshop is planning a store of 2200m ² on two floors in the city to open, perhaps next to his rival Zara.  Hawaiian Investments Pty Ltd has submitted a planning application to the city of Perth, which includes a first look at the proposed memory design for $ 8,000,000. If it goes ahead, Perth could have the largest store Topshop equal in the country, eclipsed stores in Melbourne and Sydney. The Brisbane store, expected to open in December, will be 2200m ². Topshop Hawaiian and refused to give an opinion yesterday, but sources say that the British brand is the "international dealer" within the meaning of the planning application. Hawaiian, which holds Carillon, plans the western part of the city Carillon Arcade, including the destruction of 35 stores to rehabilitate make room for Topshop.
